2.3 ha Venlo glass greenhouse in Baku
We completed the construction of a VENLO type greenhouse complex with glass covering in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.
Venlo greenhouses are high-technology glass structures developed in the Netherlands. They offer high light transmission and allow the use of various covering materials, including glass, F-Clean and solar panels.
The frame of the greenhouse is made of galvanised elements finished with a white powder coating. A distinctive feature of Venlo greenhouses is the roof: a sliding system that is quick and easy to install. The roof provides protection against storms and was fitted with aluminium gutters to drain rainwater and condensate. We supplied the greenhouse complete with process equipment such as hydroponic gutters and climate control, irrigation and heating systems, as well as additional components such as an air treatment unit, screens, CO₂ enrichment and assimilation lighting.
